A l\u2019aide d\u2019un <a href=\"https:\/\/ch-fr.proclima.com\/produits\/assemblage\/ruban-adhesif\">ruban adh\u00e9sif,<\/a> les \u00e9tapes suivantes ont fait leurs preuves&nbsp;: coller le ruban adh\u00e9sif d\u2019abord sur le c\u00e2ble, puis sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/ch-fr.proclima.com\/produits\/etancheite-interieur\/intello\">membrane d&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air,<\/a> de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser un collage en L des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Plus le nombre de conduits\/gaines ou c\u00e2bles traversant la <strong>couche \u00e9tanche \u00e0 l\u2019air<\/strong> sera important, plus le collage artisanal \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un <strong>ruban adh\u00e9sif<\/strong> ou d\u2019une <a href=\"https:\/\/ch-fr.proclima.com\/produits\/assemblage\/colle-de-raccord\">colle en cartouche<\/a> sera fastidieux. Autre d\u00e9savantage&nbsp;: le collage est arrach\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque traction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p style=\"background-color:#ffe9e9\" class=\"has-background\">Cette s\u00e9rie d\u2019articles r\u00e9sume des situations de raccords typiques et difficiles, tout en montrant aux artisans comment les r\u00e9soudre en pratique. Par ailleurs, elle donne un aper\u00e7u des solutions pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es qui existent pour certains points singuliers et qui permettent aux artisans une r\u00e9alisation rapide, facile et fiable de l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" data-size=\"640x480\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.proclima.com\/suisse\/files\/2020\/07\/abdichtung-kabelbaum.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-131\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.proclima.com\/suisse\/files\/2020\/07\/abdichtung-kabelbaum.jpg 640w, https:\/\/blog.proclima.com\/suisse\/files\/2020\/07\/abdichtung-kabelbaum-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption>Dans cette situation, il est quasi impossible de r\u00e9aliser l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air a posteriori. Et ce, \u00e0 cause d\u2019une conception d\u00e9fectueuse et d\u2019un manque de concertation entre les corps de m\u00e9tiers.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour un collage fiable des faisceaux de c\u00e2bles, il faut tirer sur les c\u00e2bles et les s\u00e9parer jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pouvoir coller individuellement chacun d\u2019eux. Le point critique lors du <strong>collage se situe au niveau des surfaces de contact des c\u00e2bles.<\/strong> C\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019un peu de <a href=\"https:\/\/ch-fr.proclima.com\/produits\/assemblage\/colle-de-raccord\/orcon-f\">colle en cartouche<\/a> permet de garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire. Cette solution n\u00e9cessite de l\u2019espace \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir \u00e0 l\u2019avance. A d\u00e9faut d\u2019espace suffisant, il est possible de faire converger les c\u00e2bles par des percements en biais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour une fixation fiable de <strong>plusieurs c\u00e2bles passants,<\/strong> la m\u00e9thode suivante a fait ses preuves (voir Notice de montage \u2013 faisceaux de c\u00e2bles)&nbsp;: Prendre un panneau d\u00e9riv\u00e9 du bois \u00e9tanche \u00e0 l\u2019air, y percer le nombre de trous correspondant et scier le panneau le long des trous. Ensuite, positionner les parties du panneau autour des c\u00e2bles&nbsp;; ainsi, il y a assez de place pour coller ceux-ci \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un ruban adh\u00e9sif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.proclima.com\/suisse\/files\/2020\/07\/faisceaux-de-cables.pdf\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"827\" height=\"551\" data-size=\"827x551\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.proclima.com\/suisse\/files\/2020\/07\/faisceaux-de-cables.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-165\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.proclima.com\/suisse\/files\/2020\/07\/faisceaux-de-cables.jpg 827w, https:\/\/blog.proclima.com\/suisse\/files\/2020\/07\/faisceaux-de-cables-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.proclima.com\/suisse\/files\/2020\/07\/faisceaux-de-cables-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 827px) 100vw, 827px\" \/><\/a><figcaption>Cette m\u00e9thode offre une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 presque parfaite des c\u00e2bles, \u00e0 condition que l\u2019espace soit suffisant.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Les <a href=\"https:\/\/ch-fr.proclima.com\/produits\/assemblage\/manchettes-cables\">manchettes<\/a> pr\u00e9fabriqu\u00e9es facilitent et acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019air. Elles se glissent par-dessus les c\u00e2bles et conduits. Un <strong>mat\u00e9riau d\u2019\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e9lastique<\/strong> referme herm\u00e9tiquement le passage. Dans une seconde phase, les manchettes sont coll\u00e9es sur la surface \u00e9tanche \u00e0 l&rsquo;air. Mais elles doivent toujours \u00eatre mont\u00e9es en m\u00eame temps que le conduit ou le c\u00e2ble, d\u2019o\u00f9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une bonne <strong>planification du d\u00e9roulement de la construction.<\/strong> Si les c\u00e2bles \u00e0 poser sont tr\u00e8s longs, ils peuvent s\u2019av\u00e9rer p\u00e9nibles \u00e0 tirer \u00e0 travers les manchettes.
